MIES as an Institute has the target to occupy the top-most position amongst the Institutes as are engaged in the task of providing service-oriented teaching and training activities in and around West Bengal. And this MIES endeavors to seek, not by quantity but by quality, performance, and goodwill. To reach this goal, MIES needs to be involved in a series of obligations as are laid down for accentuating this onerous task: To offer proper counseling to explore every individual student’s potentiality To provide scientific, in-depth guidance by top-notch faculties through modern technological devices To adequately equip students with outstanding research-oriented study materials To provide superb personal care to every student with the technique-individual assessment made at a periodic gap of time To aim at effectively grooming every student’s career To make persistent efforts to reach the goalkeeping in view that the sky is the limit To provide effective and useful teaching methods that can address student’s needs to their utmost satisfaction with the support and use of audio-visual system & presentation in class-rooms To make extensive and strong help-desk system to strengthen the existing student-support system so that no admitted student is denied its benefits To strengthen and remove all snags and loop-holes in the working in each department, mainly, Accounts, Marketing, Administration, Teaching and Students’ welfare To earn fame and admiration as a brilliant, leading All India Institute reaching out to the youth of every spectrum of people of the Society To upgrade work-culture efficaciously and efficiently as that of the Corporate sector. To consider and perform its activities as social responsibilities and to get involved in more and more social welfare activities of the society To find out avenues as to how to provide services more vigorously so that every branch center is dedicated to rendering meaningful services to the local youth. To introduce welfare schemes, such as, insurance coverage, an extension of medical facilities, to defray educational expenses of the children of both the staff members and faculties and special provisions for traveling allowance for those who are required to go to the center (s) outside Kolkata.
