Date of Online Preliminary Exam. : Preliminary Exam is tentatively scheduled in August/ September 2023.

Age for Recruitment of CLERKS in participating Banks

(As on As of 01.07.2023):

Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 28 years i.e.A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1995 and not later than 01.07.2003 (both dates inclusive)

• Relaxation of Upper age limit:

SC/ ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years.Persons With Disabilities – 10 years, Others as per rules.

Educational Qualifications – (As of 21-07-2023) A Degree (Graduation) in any Discipline

From a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

  • Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge of computer systems is mandatory. i.e. candidates should have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer I Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.
  • Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT(candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the official language of the State/UT. For which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable.
  • Candidate should indicate the percentage obtained in Graduation calculated to the nearest two decimals in the online application. Where CGPA / OGPA is awarded, the same should be converted into a percentage and indicated in the online application.
  • Calculation of Percentage: The percentage marks shall be arrived at by dividing the total marks obtained by the candidate in all the subjects in all semester(s)/year(s) by aggregate maximum marks (in all the subjects irrespective of honors I optional I additional optional subject, if any) multiplied by 100. This will be applicable for those Universities also where Class I Grade is decided on the basis of Honours marks only.

The fraction of the percentage so arrived will be ignored. i.e. 59. 99% will be treated as less than 60% and 54. 99% will be treated as less than 55%.

Application Fees/ Intimation Charges:

[Payable from 01.07.2023 to 21.07.2023 (Online payment), both da es inclusive) 175/- (inclusive of GST) for SC/ST/PWBD candidates. 850 /- (inclusive of GST) for all others.

Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate

HOW TO APPLY:

Candidates can apply online only from 01.07.2023 to 21.07.2023 and no other mode of application will be accepted.

Pre-Requisites for ApplyingOnline Before applying online, candidates should­ (i)   scan their :

  • photograph(4.5cm x 3.5cm)
  • signature
  • left thumb impression (If a candidate does not have a left thumb, he/she may use his/her right thumb. If both thumbs are missing, the impression of one of the fingers of the left hand starting from the forefinger should be taken. If there are no fingers on the left hand, the impression of one of the fingers of the right hand starting from the forefinger should be taken. Nevertheless, If no fingers are available, the impression of the left toe may be taken. In all such cases where the left thumb impression is not uploaded, the candidate should specify in the uploaded document the name of the finger and the specification of the left/right and hand/toe).
  • a handwritten declaration (text given below). The handwritten declaration has to be in the candidate’s handwriting and in English only. If it is written by anybody else and uploaded in any other language, the application will be considered invalid. (In the case of candidates who cannot write, may get the text of the declaration typed and put their left-hand thumb impression (if not able to sign also) below the typed declaration and upload the document as per specifications.)
  • Signatures in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
  • The photograph/signature/left thumb impression/ handwritten declaration/certificate as mentioned in

Clause J (viii) [*Original Notification](if applicable) should be properly scanned andshould not besmudged/ blurred.

  • The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows –

(Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and, valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

  • The above-mentioned handwritten declaration has to be in the candidate’s handwriting and in English only and should NOT BE IN CAPITAL LETTERS. If it is written by anybody else or in any other language, the application will be considered invalid.
  • Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges
  • have a valid personal email ID, which should be kept active till the declaration of results of this round of CRP.IBPS. We may send intimation to download call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID. Under no circumstances, a candidate should share with/mention the e-mail IDto I of any other person. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID. He/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying online and must maintain that email account.
